...Exercise...
I finally did some exercise last night at the gym. I joined the gym and worked for an hour or so. I felt great after that. I had an aerobic session and spent 20 minutes on the step machine last night. It was tiring but I felt refreshed afterwards. The only side effect is that I am having sore thighs today. Haha...
My biggest goal is to Keep fit and Be pretty!!
